Script Flow is a SaaS platform providing AI tools for content creators, including script generation, viral video mining (Outliers), and visual art direction. Access to features depends on your selected subscription plan (Creator or Full PRO).
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are securely processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges based on your selected plan.
Creator Plan: $19.90/month (12 scripts/month, 1 fixed niche).
Full PRO Plan: $49.90/month (30 scripts/month, multiple niches, SEO, Outliers, and Art Direction).
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the tool, you may request a full refund within this period through our support team or directly within your billing portal.
4. Intellectual Property and AI Usage
The Script Flow software and its underlying algorithms are the exclusive property of our company. However, the scripts and content generated by the AI belong entirely to you (the user). You retain full commercial rights to use, monetize, and distribute the generated content on your YouTube channels.
5. Content Responsibility
Script Flow utilizes Gemini 1.5 Flash and Pro technology to generate text. While our AI is optimized for high retention, the user is solely responsible for final review and fact-checking. We are not liable for any YouTube penalties (such as "Reused Content") resulting from the improper use of the tool.
6. Ethical Modeling
Our "Viral Outliers" feature allows you to analyze successful video structures. You agree to use this feature strictly for strategic modeling and not for direct plagiarism, fully respecting YouTube's community guidelines.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our system or international laws. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
